Cette deuxième édition, met l’accent sur les trois dernières élections législatives, en exploitant au mieux les données disponibles. Après avoir rappelé les règles du processus électoral, le livret examine, dans un premier temps,  l’impact du nouveau mode de scrutin sur la composition de la Chambre des représentants, ainsi que les décisions d’inscription sur les listes électorales et de participation aux élections. Ensuite, l’ouvrage aborde  la performance des différents partis et le gouvernement issu des urnes. Enfin, le dernier chapitre s’intéresse à l’électeur en dressant  des portraits-robots qui permettent de mieux comprendre la décision du vote ou d’abstention.

L’ouvrage s’accompagne de cartes et de graphiques qui illustrent les principales tendances historiques des choix des électeurs. Les données ayant servi à l’analyse quantitative sont disponibles sur tafra.ma/donnees. Les citoyens, les étudiants et les chercheurs souhaitant utiliser ces supports peuvent les télécharger sur tafra.ma/cartes.
